Post Cycling valve removal

It seems like I could remove the cycling valve and all the plumbing that goes with it since I use a different boost controller, does anyone know of any problems this might create?

Make sure you plug off the line to the turbo intake manifold, where the excess pressure was vented back to.

What I've done is to cut off the two smaller pipes that used to feed and return pressure from the stock CV. This leaves only one pipe for the crankcase vent under the manifold. It's a lot cleaner looking down there and when I go to get a smog check, I don't have to worry about them asking what's with the two exposed pipe connections poking out from under my intake manifold.

I completely delete that entire metal hose setup altogether!

I don't like where and at what angle, the metal breather pipe exits from under the intake.

Solution: Delete it and run a hose from the breather to the turbo intake manifold.

I bought a remote breather tank from Lindsey and had the intake manifold off, so it seemed like a good thing to do "while I was there. I spent 4 hours yesterday doing extra stuff "while I was there!!!". Sometimes I think a lease on a new 996 looks like an wise economic alternative...
