Default Seat mount nut dropped inside car

So I have a bit of a problem. 1 of the 4 nuts that are on the inside of the frame that the seats mount to has dropped inside the frame and I can't see a way to retrieve it. It doesn't feel safe driving around with only 3 seat bolts.

What is a possible fix?

Do you have a welder?

I do not - I can probably find someone that does. Are you thinking of enlarging that hole, placing a nut flush with the floor and welding it in? It would be hard to hold that nut in place and oriented well.

I guess another option is to have a set or risers that I tap for all 4 bolts but that's a bit of a pain.

I was thinking of something like a threaded "hook" or "T" I can drop in that hole and use a nut on the seat side and tighten it against the underside of the floor - something like this: http://media.photobucket.com/image/t...s/P3090404.jpg
