Default Looking to swap my S2 trans for a Turbo S trans

Looking to swap my LSD equipped, sweet shifting S2 trans for a like condition Turbo S trans. Depending on the shape of your Turbo S trans and diff I could throw in some $$ as well.

I just don't need the shorter gearing with the LS1 swap...

I would be up for that, 89 out of the track car, shifts as stock, new oil every season - no hard launches and never a shift missed.

Timeline is the most important for me...I'm busy as hell for the next two months.

I just picked up an LSD from an 86, so 1st and 2nd aren't hardened, but from what I recall, that is the only difference? If y'all can't work it out, and you run out of other options, mine is available. Mine is not in the car, either.

For those who were wondering, straight from the manual:

Thanks. Pretty much what I thought. An 86 (cooling loop was standard on 86's) LSD is the same, except the treated 1st and 2nd (whatever "blasted" means - shot peened is about the only thing that makes sense, but I wouldn't expect that on gears)

The AOR LSD discs and pressure cups are different than earlier LSD parts.

But for most practical comparisons, a 5R and AOR trans are very similar.
