I went with the southbend set-up. They can put new friction material on an old disc, and rework a stock PP for higher clamping force. The whole set-up (disc, pp) was about $600. Haven't gotten on it hard yet, but it modulates about like stock as far as pedal feel.

I bought a turbo s clutch and a KEP stage 1 PP. It is a bit heavier than stock.
I bought the clutch disk used and the PP directly from KEP. The rest of the goodies (bearings, bolts....) can be found from Lindsey. Also Lindsey is super duper helpful whenever i've called them.
