Uh, that doesn't sound like a good idea. Don't swap housings until you are ready to run an external cooler.

please explain why it does not should right? whats the difference besides oil not being cooled?

That would be the big thing. Why not just wait until you have everything to install? What's the rush to get just the housing onto the engine?

it just may happen that I get all the gear and install one shot. but I love to hear why this is not a good idea.

I was more so wondering on the advise that was given if it was from hands on testing/experence or if it was most do on forums stating what they "think"

Can't say from experience, but going off common sense, taking a cooler off and not running it for a while seems somewhat dumb. Gotta think that it was engineered with the cooler so taking it out may not be the best idea. Still trying to grasp why it's so critical to get the housing on even if you don't have the cooler yet.

On the N/A, the oil is cooled by the water system. With the Turbo, they added the external oil cooler and blocked off the water passage to the housing. So, if you run it with the Turbo housing but no external oil cooler , you will have no oil cooling going on.

If you don't run the car hard, it shouldn't be a problem but I wouldn't do it. Why? Because you can pick up a used oil cooler with the lines for next to nothing so why not do it all at once.
