Not sure if it was this thread or his other, he is running the WG open dumped to atmosphere.. he can HEAR when it opens... and it was functioning well durring the onset of spool delay...

wouldn't it be safer to just run a line from the IC pipe straight to WG? Then you won't spool (minus spikes) above the Wg spring pressure...

The wastegate spring pressure is ~7 psi, I'm running 15 Psi.

i didn't really figure it out. i've been thinking bad fuel, or there was so much burnt oil built up on the turbos shaft.

Post up the actual issue, and the last few things you've done to the engine

Are you saying you're still spooling 1,000 RPM late at this time?

nah nah, the thread has been "revived" by 400hp944 by having similar issues.

my new turbo set up works real good, 1bar at 3400-3500 rpm 17-18 psi by 3500-3600 rpm. then again, i've changed a lot of things, from the fuel, to exhaust, turbo & computer
