After looking for a T04B trim 50 turbo for a while I instead bought a SFR stg 2trim 57 from Lart.
I plan to run it with MAF-kit and bigger exhaust on an otherwise stock 2.5L engine at app 17psi with 99-100 RON fuel.
- What whp can be expected?
- How laggy is this turbo compared to my original K26/8 (I'm guessing similiar since SFR states app 3000rpm)?
- Are there any dyno sheets out from cars with T04B trim 57 turbos?
I'll probably install this turbo before the MAF-kit and run the boost curve I now have with just a chip and 3 bar FPR (1.1 at 3500 rpm falling off to 0.9 at app 5500 rpm). Since I'm expecting to have the same boost att app. the same rpm the igntion timing in the chip should still be OK?

Nothing?
I searched for the following without any luck:
- compressor wheel size seems to normally be a letter for T04B but a figure for T04E, but this T04B has a trim 57 wheel. Does this mean that it is a T04E wheel?
- hotside size and wheel, I' guessing #8 and stage 3
- compressor map

Call/Email Tim at SFR and ask the question since he has installed these unit in customers cars. You might considering ordering something at the same time to make it worth his efforts. I am guessing you will be in the 300-320 HP range with MAF and 3inch exhaust and the lag will not change much but it will pull harder at higher RPM.
