I actually put a second moon plate on... So two plates under the bolts.

I haven't installed my Stage 8 bolts, yet. $100 for an "improvement" and I will probably need a 2d plate or extra washers. If LR sold this, everyone would be piling on right now, instead of saying it just needs washers....

No doubt... during my post season checks of the race car I have one stock axle bolt that has backed out a bit. Was planning to replace them all with a set of these Stage 8's... good to know before I get under the car.

Tell me about it... this could have been an easy 1 hr job. I was actually almost ready to turn the car on and run it in first gear to unstick the parking brake. Think of the damage that would have caused. Can't say I'll be making any further purchases from this vendor.

I'm sure Dan (ideola) would be more than willing to work on fixing this problem so you might just email him. If anything, Stage8 should at least be notified of the problem so they can fix it.
