Crap, the 561 seems to be on backorder everywhere and no shop has the Permatex..... I wonder if the Loctite 577 works just as well?

I bought permatex for my car except it was the gel rather than the liquid and it works great since it does not run all over the place like the liquid permatex or loctite I have.
