So what little projects are you guys doing in the offseason?
Here's what I'm doing to the LS1 951...
#1 Install a Tilton adjustable brake proportioning valve.
#2 Install Rennline pedal covers and gas pedal height extension
#3 Get the car re tuned using Tony G's mapping as a base
#4 Install and wire in the proper tow hitch harness
Have to do #1 as my hydroboosted brake master cylinder is sending too much braking power to the rear.
Doing #2 as the brake pedal doesn't travel as far down as it used to and I can't heel/toe the way it is. Gas pedal is too low, so hopefully this will solve it.
#3 to hopefully gain another 30rwhp. Otherwise I have a set of CNC ported LS6 heads I can install, but I really hope I don't have to, as it'll be a lot of wrenching to install them.
#4 because I bought the wrong damn harness, I need one for seperate brake/parking lights...
How bout you guys?

Keep us updated! Sounds like a good time!
My goal is to go from 350rwhp@18lbs out of the 61-1 to 400-420rwhp running 20+lbs mildly safely...
Also my winter car (1985.5. 944 NA) will be getting a 50-100 dry shot of nos this spring

Need to hook uo the knock sensor....just gotta have fin unwrapping all the electrical tape from the harness and splice into #15. Would have been easier to do it before.
Should also find some sticky tires.

hmmm, maybe get a little time off so I can do the water pump, all the hoses, timing belts and pulleys, Odometer gear, LED upgrade to the dash lights and a reupholster the interior (dash is already in progress).... I think that may do it for the winter...

The interim car seems to be taking on the Main car status, so:
-Install new motor
-Tune for E85
-Sort out Traction Control
-retrofit ABS
-Cage compliant to do door to door racing
-Seat, harness, HANS
-Fit solid roof
-Fit carbon doors
-Paint
-Brakes
-Tranny mods and/or new tranny
-Fit Motons with remote reservoirs
...not much....

Hoping to finish the venturi delete and Ice Shark battery cables in another week. Oh, and upper strut mounts.
After that, contemplate rear suspension rebuild, very cluncky back there... good project for the semi-warmer basement.
Oh, and figure out how to afford a paint job !!!
Springtime will hopefully be interior re-carpet and audio project.
...now to fit in some time to actually work at my other job....
