Large 25row Setrab oil cooler w/ Fittings FS

Used this cooler for mock-up fitment only, no oil has gone through this cooler. This is the large 25row cooler, 13" wide x 6 " tall x 2" thick. These sell for ~$230 new:

Is this a direct replacement for the stock 951? I have a 87 951 that I will be tracking next season. Would I need additional mounting hardware?

This cooler requires two more of the fittings and then the AN lines - but otherwise is a replacement. Here is a couple of pictures of another rennlisters setup using a very similar oil-cooler:
