Congrats. Give us a report of how the PWilliams 2.8 runs when you get time. From the avatar, guess you're shipping it? If I was home I'd have driven it out for you and you could have flown me home but alas, I'm sitting out here in the GOM not doing jack **** thanks to that F#$^&*k'g idiot who occupies the Oval Office. Good luck with the car.

Unfortunately when I was out there, I did not get to experience the car to it's full potential due to faulty spark plug wires, so I'm really excited for it to show up and post the result here. While I did not get to feel all the power it has, I was very satisfied with all aspects of the car. I think I'm most looking forward to pushing the suspension to it's limit out on the track. It's sorted out well enough and is modified to the extent that I don't plan on doing much else to it, other than possibly piggyback/standalone EMS and a tune for e-85. I really like and appreciate that I won't have to do much to this car, it is THE one I acquired with intentions of holding onto for the extent of it's drivable life.

Any chance I could convince you (hevquip) to take some photos of the brake duct grills he's got on there? I'm planning to put those same ducts on my car and am curious to see how to work in the grills.

Yeah, absolutely I'll get some closerpics of the ducts when the car arrives. I was really intrigued by those as well. If I remember correctly, it was a metal mesh that I think was strung across a frame and then the frame was embedded, or maybe placed over the fog light opening. When we had the car up on the lift, I noticed the tubing running from the grills back to the brakes was missing. I really, really, really wanted the tubing that went from the ducts back to the brakes, but that that was a no go because the tubing was customized and he wants to hold onto it for that sake. So not only will I take pictures Mr. OmniGoesLikeHell, but I'll be looking into how to set up and customize a new set of tubes and might look into having this manufactured as a "kit" type set up with duct grills, tubing, and mounting hardware if there is an interest for such a thing in the 951 world.
