Default Duke engine color scheme ideas?

I thought of doing a poll but I couldn't come up with enough options

I was thinking of touching up the engine bay this winter by putting new black paint on the intake manifold and intercooler pipes and change all silicone connectors to black ones.

But perhaps I shoud change color scheme altogether?
Perhaps just silver and black? Silver cam cover, intake, ic-pipes with black connectors.
Or maybe signal green cam cover with black intake, ic-pipes etc?

Let's hear your ideas
My engine bay is very far from looking factory, but a color scheme that would enhance the factory look would be a plus. Guess I'm getting older!

Current look:

manifolds and pipes a nice silver/dark grey metallic color, black boots, and a signal green cam cover (or pink!)

I kinda like the idea of the same colour cam cover as the car. Just like the rest of the car it would be unique.

Also probably go for less mixed colours on all the leads, tubes, lines etc. Boringly I'd say black, unless you have other colours on the car that you'd like to share the accents?

Go with an all metal/silver look, except the cam cover that should be green hunter green.

Good input. The different colors on the hoses, leads etc. is due to availability and what stuff I've had on my shelves

A green cam cover would be very nice. And perhaps all black on everything else - hoses, leads, couplers, IC-pipes etc.
I want it to look modest.. although it's a bit tricky on a 3.0l 16v turbo engine

Actually I don't care much for appearance anymore, I honestly just want to drive it!

But since I have to do "this" and have to do "that" this winter I might redo the color scheme "while I'm in there"

I'm basically just going to change oil this winter... Oh wait I forgot, I'm building headers, building downpipe, going Moton, fabricating wing mounting and uprights, splitter, plastic rear screen, new engine/turbo mount, going sequential, new IC-pipes, new front wheel hubs and 996 GT3 Cup brake setup, new injectors, build a custom front sway bar, new fuel pump + inlet line, front chassis brace and a few other things

Replace all the blue stuff with red - I like very much the red on green theme.

I think you should just paint the wood, and you're good to go!
