Company with the fake CATs?

I remember someone posted a link for a company that makes fake CATs. The housing and heat shields around a straight through pipe. No restrictions, and can pass the visual inspection....
The smog test in Las Vegas is so relaxed, I'm positive I can pass without a cat....as long as it looks like there is one in place when he sticks the mirror under the car.
Anyone remember what I'm talking about....and can post the link?
Thanks,

The product description above is for entertainment purposes only. This product does not perform the exhaust cleansing function of a catalytic converter in any way. Use of this product on or off the road violates countless laws and may prevent your car from passing emissions. It is unlawful to install this product in any vehicle in the United States, ever. If you wish to return this product at any time in the future, a full refund will be issued. This product should only be purchased by lawyers with pre-1975 vehicles or purpose built off-road vehicles that did not come with catalytic converters from the factory who know for a fact that it is legal to use in their vehicle in their jurisdiction for aesthetic reasons only. If you are not one of those lawyers, this product should only be hung on your wall to express your rebellious nature, never installed in a vehicle. This product may cause cancer.

Please let me know how this works out for you, as I am preparing to register my 951 here in Vegas and am somewhat worried about the smoging.

It's not necessary (completely, thoroughly gutted cat is MUCH better than normal cat, which is MUCH better than clogged cat), but the pipe inside still helps because it keeps the air flowing smoothly, whereas the gutted cat creates some turbulence.

On older vehicles (ours), they just use the old tail pipe sniffers. Anything will pass, as long as its running right.
I honestly am not worried in the least about running without a CAT. As long as it passes the visual (guy with a small, foggy mirror thats too lazy to get on his knees), and doesn't smoke, you're golden.
There was another site I am thinking of that was making the same "fake"cats in stainless. Anyone have that link?
