Default O2 bung location for wideband

My searches found info from 2004-5 and I was wondering if it's still the way to go?Mount in the downpipe,between downpipe and AOS? Is this a good spot,pictures anyone?My intake is off now so easy access,drawback being in this spot is you have to remove intake if you have problems,right?Thanks Joel

Self explanatory picture;

Slightly more vertical might not be a bad idea, but i have not had any problems with condensation..etc.

x2 on techno, best LOGICAL spot, especially if you ever have to replace it. why pull the intake if you don't have to.

I also have mine in the same spot. But why couldn't it be installed before the turbo? Isn't the original one on the crossover pipe?

The 5 volt sensors are more sensitive to turbulence created by the high pressure environment between the head and the turbine.
A 5 volt sensor placed here will give bogus information until it dies.

The 1 volt sensors can live there with no problem.

That makes sense. But wouldn't 1 volt be more sensitive than 5 volts?
