Im failing carbon manoxide
Im getting 8-11% CO while amx they allow is 1.2%
If I unplug a vacuum line the reading goes down to 3-5% CO
O2 reading is ~.8% guy says it should be atleast 8%

86 turbo
scivision maf
vetesse chips
LR boost enhancer
flow master muffler
2.5bar FPR
stock fuel setting on DME
k@n filter (cleaned)

new parts:
cat
TPS
O2 sensor
plugs

coil, wires, cap\rotor, fuel pump, fuel filter, all engine wiring, knock sensor temp sensor, speed\ref sensor all about 1.5-2 years old.

engine was rebuilt ~20k miles ago.

Any suggestions? barley passed last year without cat.
