Default Anyone have a source for these?

The small clips that hold things like the clutch hard line at the firewall, various parts of the power steering system, etc...These are the ones with the rubber insert, and all of mine have disintegrated.

+1, any ACE Hardware will have something similar. Look in the electrical dept. Its not quite the same, but close enough to get the job done.

These are UMPCO brand, aluminum with a full rubber cushion that surrounds the entire line/wire:

Any speed shop will have them in all of the sizes. The mega stores have them, but the quality difference is very obvious when compared the "racing/aircraft" quality bits.
