Now its time to maintain the PS system, I've found a little hydrolic noise from left to right in slow speed, but the PS fulid is still max level. I think the system has blockage or something. Previously done the rack and PS pump rebuild, but the noise still exisit. I think the hoses has blockage.

I live in HK, I should order parts from UK or US everytime. So anyone has complete customer steel PS hoses to fit in the system? Work beautiful?

Hmm... Unlikely to be PS hoses. Is there a leak, or is the belt slipping? Sounds like the pump and rack should be ok since you recently replaced it, but rebuilt parts may fail early.

The only steel beaded lines I've seen were on Aribops turbo and he made them.
