Default Help identify wires and connectors

I've got two wires (red and blue) running from under the driver side dash all the way to the driver side wheel well compartment. There is also a yellow wire running along with the wires that's not attached to anything but ends up with the red and blue in a 4 prong female connector of some kind. The fourth wire in the connector is black and is grounded to a screw in the wheel well. See pictures. Any ideas what this could be? Is it stock?

That connector in your picture isnt stock. If you tell us where all the wires connect to maybe we can figure out what it does.

Pictures/locations of the other connectors?

In the first picture you can see that the wires are coming from behind that black plastic box/cover right above the clutch pedal. I've tried to trace them back as far as I can with my hand, but I can't get very far. I'll need to do some dismantling to find where they originate from.

Thanks. There was also another large connector hanging down in that same space behind the rear driver side wheel. The wiring for this ran the same route back to to front of the car but continued over to the passengers side where another similar connector was mounted to the side of the center console. The first pic is of the end in the wheel well and the second is the end mounted on the passengers side of the center console. Not sure what this is either, or if it and the connector were part of the same system...

Yeah, I went ahead and go rid of it all this morning. I was initially just wary of snipping those two wires without knowing where they came from.

Thanks guys!
