I finally got my father to give me 2 sets of 930 fuchs from his collection![Big Grin](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
The car is an 86, and I would really like to use the widest tires I could find, I was hoping I could squeeze 265-45-16 on the rears, but im not sure what I can fit on the front?
Will I need spacers?
Thanks in advance

I think 245s will fit no problem, maybe even 255s. I'm sure someone has done it. I am also interested in a solid answer to this question.

Fuchs on mine with 245s on 9in rears. They do scrape the guards on some severe bumps. 225s on 8in rims (were my original rears) on the front. Spacers not necessary.
(Now got four 7in Fuchs spare. There is a slight difference between the 7s off the 930 and the 7s off the 951.)

You can take the 8's from the 86 944 turbo and use them in the front without spacers. The 9's (from the 930) in the rear with out spacers. This is for an 86 944 turbo. 225 front, 245 rear is what I ran without any problem.
