We don't need a separate room of the house just for our Winter clothes like you guys. Personally I can't wait till everyone moves away from California in frustration, I'm retired and will buy a cheaper place close to the beach.

Haha, true. But then, we don't a separate room to just for swimming shorts and flip flops like you guys... Ahh wait, now I'm depressed.

What about old timers that weren't originally equipped with cat? How is that handled in ca?

btw: where I live, I have 60miles to adriatic sea an 30 miles to julian alps with higher mt. triglav 9400ft. Few months a year it is possible to go to beach directly from skis.

Ca Emissions update:
Spent the weekend trying to find all my old original parts that still work and put them back on the car: original FPR, took out manual boost controller, boost enhancer, passed all emission levels in fact I passed everything except my blow off valve! He failed me for my BOV! The visual inspection was brutal.....
So it is back in today with my old non functioning bov

I think it might have been cheaper to buy my own smog franchise.

If you note my post in August, I had a tech that was going to fail my car on visual even though it is bone stock. Unlike the emission test, the visual involves some examiner judgement. You just got a moron; don't go back.

Too bad the beauty of California is wasted on so many idiots. To the OP, good luck it would be a shame to not be able to register there and enjoy the great places to take a 951.
