looking for wastegate
Motor rebuild needed a wastegate, So my mechanic got one from a salvage yard. Well its no good. Does anyone have a good one they want to sell. stock or tial.... Thanks John

Teamcrosskorks just hooked me up with a re-built stock wastegate for my '86. He makes a quality product and I'm very happy with the results.

Just to clarify… I have sold a number of rebuilt wastegates as a contribution to other enthusiasts seeking to improve the performance of their aged stock unit. I embarked on this project for my own benefit and somehow ended up with about 8 rebuilt units, all of which have now been sold or spoken for. I have documented the process and have and will make the “write-up” available to anyone who asks. Although this venture has been rewarding for me and the others who had interest, it was never for profit.
I am all too happy to spend my hard earned money on fantastic products from professionals like:
Lindsey Racing
Vitesse Racing
CEP
DEUTSCH NINE
And a multitude of other reputable companies that support these wonderful cars.
Thanks to all who contribute so we may all learn.
