Default fuel pressure surging

I have a ticking sound that made me check things out under the hood.
I know some of it could be lifters.
I know the injectors make a little noise.
I can put my hand on the FPR and the dampener and fuel lines and it feels like a hammer is banging on them.
I am pretty sure the dampener's purpose is to smooth some of that pulsating out.
I do not have experience with a bad dampener or FPR and was wondering if anyone could be of help.
I also have a small oil leak that seems to drip on the crossover pipe or header itself, I have not visually located this leak yet so I was hoping someone might have an idea. /it is on pass. side, just to be clear.

You need to check the fuel pressure to be sure of anything.

Small leak at rear of engine is possibly the rear cam cover gasket or the cam housing itself.

It ended up being the non-stock injectors I had installed while the stock ones were being cleaned at Witchhunter.
Thanks for all your responses!
