Default gas gauge swap

has anyone gotten an autometer gauge to work with our stock tanks and senders?

ideas?

I am removing my dash

I don't know of anyone, but if you are removing the dash, it shouldn't be too hard to fix the existing guage.

i am removing the stock dash
the only option to put a gauge in - are american gauges like autometer.

I am creating a gauge cluster and trying to figiure out what to do. the porsche sending unit at the tank doesnt jive with american guages

maybe VDO gauges will work with the stock sender

check out Autosport Florida, and get with Chris white. If you're ditching the stock dash, than you can use anything you want. It just has to be wired in.

The fix for this is too replace the sending unit.
