What, just because I am not spending 5k I am not worth responding to? This is the 3rd such experience I've had like this. Where did all the customer service go?

 

Not sure what vendor you refer to but some are more busy than others. Try giving them a call some seldom check their mail in a busy week.

 

If they are a RL vendor, and you didnt clarify that or not, wouldn't it make sense to send a PM to the Admin or a Mod asking for assistance? That is one of the reasons why we are here, for non paying or full-blown paying Members.

It is not a RL vendor. Even if it were, I would not go to the Moderators about it. I am just venting a little I guess. The lack of customer service in the world in general has been irking me lately, but when I get the same crap from what is suppose to be my zen (working on the car), it hits that nerve more.
