Oh Hell no you didn't!!!!

You don't REALLY think that we're going to let you post that list without posting pics of all of the current cars! I see the race car. We demand pics of the others, in the show your pics thread!

I will dig some up this weekend. I have no pics of the boxster yet as I just drove it home from Denver a few weeks ago. We are having a PCA outing tomorrow and will take pics then.

Let me see if I can make this short and to the point.

944 Turbo S. Bought it from the son of the original owner at 48K (currently 72K) miles, completely stock with every single maint. record. My indy gave it a clean bill of health (as did the PPI) and I still have spent many thousands in upkeep and mods (chip, 3bar FPR, test pipe, 968 MO30 bars) The car is soooo easy to drive, yet has a bit of an old school feel. To me, it feels like a go cart. Not as fast as the 996tt, does not handle as well as the boxster, but I still love it. Porsche truly built an amazing car back in 1988. A very underrated, underappreciated car. (although I sometimes grimace when some of the hardcore 944T owners go on and on about how the 944T is so much better than every other Porsche on the road, both past and present. It IS a great car, but time marches on)

2000 Boxster S. This is just a great, smooth, quiet car to drive. Great handling, great ride. Maybe not the fastest car on the planet, but that is not why I have it. Nothing better than a nice drive on a warm summer evening with the wife after a nice dinner, top down, radio on. I can cruise along like an old fella, or kick up the heels in the curves for some fun. Plus plenty of trunk space for a weekend getaway. If i could only have one Porsche, this would be it.

2002 911 Turbo x50 TIP. Beautiful, well built car. I've never driven anything this fast. Completely stock. I cant imagine what this car would be like with 600-700hp. More than I could ever handle or want. The tip is fun. You can drive along in full auto mode. Then some nice, unexpected curves come along, manual shift with the buttons through the curves, then let the automatic feature take over again, easy as you please. We took this car to Florida about a week after we bought it, and found that the car was a bit too loud (stock exhaust) for our taste on a long trip. When I have the need for speed, this is the car. Feels kinda big and heavy in the corners compared to the boxster though. This car also gets loads of attention. Thumbs up and positive comments. Many winks and smiles from the ladies as well (that does not happen with the boxster or 944T).

Each car is different, and each has it's own appeal. Each car gives me a different experience.
