The fecal roster was slanderous even though in some cases it may have been warranted. I have bought from LR and I'm sure will do so again, but for them to point fingers and pertain angelic reputations is worthy of a mention on their own roster. Good for them providing many useful products and also stocking them on their shelves. This means speedy service and their packaging is always very good but "he who is perfect shall cast the first stone" is still applicable in this modern world.

You're on the bottle again aren't you Patrick. I TOLD you that drinking and reading the bible would get you conflicted.
As far as L/R goes I have found customer service was exceptional by any standard, their products very good, unique and good value. Their encylclopedic knowledge has saved me many $$ over time so, to me, their reputation IS almost "angelic". I just really don't like having to row through the menus the way they are presented now. I'll continue to use them because of the above but I don't have to like their new menus. So there. Meanwhile, when will you arrive in Canada so I can show you what snowballs are for?????:
