Yes, it's the SFR Oilcooler and Intercoolser Stage 2.
With my 3l Turbo i have no niticeable turbolag with the sfr intercooler.
I live near Stuttgart so i have a german model. 
SFR sent me not the fittings like here in the picture... (the front fitting) I got two 90° fittings and can't srew both next to another in.
All of those in the picture look like SFR items...
any noticeable amount of extra turbo lag to the system.
Also, why did the fittings not work with your car? German model? Or...?
