Default how to remove the fuse panel

I'm sure this is covered somewhere on Rennlist but I'm sure having a hard time finding it.

Trying to remove the fuse panel on my 1988 951. I'm pulling up on the two diagonally opposed pins and the panel is moving, but it won't come all the way up.

Is it just a matter of really pulling on it, or is there something else that needs to be disconnected?

The miles of sticky-goop-taped intertwined wiring is stiff and difficult to move. Proceed with caution.

Pull straight up, the wires have been flat for a long time and there are a lot of them.

Just like Brian said, pull straight up with even pressure. If you have an assistant, they can push up on the bottom of the fuse block from inside the interior.

It would be a good idea to disconnect the battery just in case...
