Bud has been in touch with me. I shared enough information with him, that he realized that it's not a matter of getting a document. Bud has a early version of the PB and WS, 4-5 years old! Things changed, and very possible the wiring changed as well.. Not to mention firmware/software compatibility.
Why does it have to be so difficult to do the right thing? I'm done here!

Reno - you know the rules, please take John's advice. You might also consider what happens if you pass on some information which happens to be the wrong version. Guy blows something up. Who will he complain to? Vitesse or you?
When you get a mix of hardware and software, version checking is vital. The supplier is required to archive versions and keep track of which one goes with which. Recovering it takes time and nobody does that for free.
Generic manuals while copyrighted are put in the public domain. No issue copying those unless you plagiarize it.
Specific technical information keyed to a product like firmware cannot be generic and is not public domain.
