Default Intake inserts for hoses

Wondering if anyone knows where I can buy the inserts that press into the intake that the hoses connect to. I have circled the pieces in the pic below. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks
Brian

I don't know where to buy them, but if you still need them when I get home I can remove them from an extra intake I have...I won't be home for about a month tho...

I actually have an extra manifold in my garage. Are the inserts easy to remove? How do you remove them without damaging them? Thanks in advance for the info

It would be easy to drill and tap for a threaded fitting. Then you could installed a barbed fitting.
