Default Little dyno time

Going down to European Performance Labs monday morning to dyno the car...again. The first time I got the car dyno'd it did 332.9 hp and 340 ftlbs on a dyno dynamics dyno at 16psi. I figure that in the future I will be doing upgrades and having Tony at EPL tune the car that I should get a baseline of what I have now. It will be on an awd mustang dyno.

Supposedly the car has a custom chip installed. Reworked head and crank, lightened flywheel, 968 6spd tranny with lsd, intercooler hard pipes and maf upgrade. Supposedly the turbo is k26 with a 27 impeller and a #10 hotside. I just did the Fabspeed cat bypass pipe and have had the Broadfoot racing catback exhaust.

any guesses from the peanut gallery? Gentlemen...start the pool

So Justin, are you saying that all that stuff was in it the first time it was dyno'd except the exhaust changes?
So won't it dyno pretty much in the same vicinity?

So the change is a free flowing exhaust on this run compared to the last were you had the same mods?

pretty much...plus i trust Tony more than this other shop that dyno'd it....so i'm hoping for more accurate numbers and for the baseline for the future tune

So i neglected to post anything up. The car made 280 hp and 320 tq at 16#'s. Peak power was made at 4200 rpm. Seems like the hotside is a #8 from the spool characteristics. I think future plans will be a built block with a gt30r. Maybe make it a 2.7 with a Link G4 engine management system and anything else that will go along with that build...but that will be years down the road. I need to learn how to drive this car on the track first.

Hi Justin - that torque number is really strong. Can you scan and post the curve?

I thought the German hip-hop music was suitable for the video
