WOULD be cool except that he started with a perfectly good car. WTF. BTW this is the best post off that fourm.

"I would drive the ***** off that thing and be at EVERY Mustang meet/track day to **** off the loyalists. Then I'd drive it to the Lambo/Douchebag meets and **** them off as well. God that would be great. "

OK, My hat is off to them...

I LOVE one off approaches, and that is deffinitely one of a kind.. show me another car like it.. ANWHERE..

Why is that so different from a Chevy engine in a Porsche, or even a boxer engine in any other type of car (anyone seend 911 powered Boxters or 944, yes they are out there... last month Excelence had a story on a 911 powered Caiman..)

I like the concept, is it for everyone? NO

and yes, it would FLOG any other mustang out there, and **** of EVERY lambo purist...

I like it... in concept and execution it is top notch.. the skills represented are amazing... BUT I still hate mustangs...

It was probably done by the same guy who was assigned to improve the 944 body styling and came up with the 968.

That's a pretty inspired project. Think of it this way: there are too many places where you couldn't leave a Lamborghini parked over night, but almost none where you couldn't leave a "Mustang."

I like it all, except the trailing edge of the rear flares. They just kind of end awkwardly.

Ya gotta give it to that guy, he definately has skills. But you have to wonder, why would anyone take $180,000 and turn it into $5,000 on purpose?

I'm with you John. I kinda like it. I would change a couple of things but it is amazing craftwork.

Can you imagine if he did it the other way and shoehorned the V8 into the front of the Lambo!

Wouldn't that be a little too close to a Fiero wearing Lambo, or maybe a Corvair in Lambo clothes?
