Default Fuse #7

Any reason why my car (88 951) wouldn't have a 7.5 fuse in that spot?

I was working on my defroster today and noticed that spot 7 is missing, and must of been missing since the PO. I can't think of any reason why that should be empty.

maybe it was pulling current and the PO instead of fixing it just didnt used the defroster

Oh sorry for the confusion the defroster is fuse 13. Fuse 7 I am refering too is for the turbo water pump and dme.
