A little off topic but worth telling. I have always looked forward to seeing what cars Porsche would bring to the Chicago Auto Show. I was there today and I was very disappointed. They only brought 3 cars compared to previous year where they had 10 or so. There was the 911 Carrera, the Cayenne GTS, and the Panamera. Maybe they were short on money this year but every other company besides Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Lotus had huge sections of the building. I guess not many people are buying the expensive cars.
I really liked the Panamera and the Lotus Exige S-240.

I didn't think they were even coming this year?...I don't believe I saw them there last year. I think they might have had a GT3RS one year, if not the coolest things I've seen there is like a C4S.

They weren't there last year. I think the economy made them pull out. This year it wasn't Porsche that was there, it was Loeber Porsche, a dealer in the Chicago area. You have to give them credit for doing what Porsche wouldnt do.

Well, I guess I am proud of the dealer. I didn't go last year but I think 2 or 3 years, they had some nice 911's

Porsche didn't participate in Detroit either (BMW, VW, Audi, and a host of others were WEAK). I have heard, however, that there has been tremendous participation at the Auto Shows in China.
