Default water leak into car behind driver seat

One of my 944's is leaking water in. It was wet behind the front seats right below the rear carpet mats. It was wet on both sides. is it the sunroof?
also, where can you purchase a sunroof seal?

My car does the same thing if it is out in a substantial range. Pop open the sunroof. There is a drain hole in the channel that runs around the opening. It is toward the back of the car. I just covered it up with a piece of tape. Not a good solution, but it works well enough until I can replace the sunroof seal.

Any of the big parts vendors should be able to supply one. Pelican, Paragon, and others.

Sunroof seal on these cars, as on many cars, does not totally seal out water by design. That is why there are drain holes for the sunroof. Oftentimes these drains get clogged with debris, and water builds up in the sunroof channels and overflows. Also, the tubes attached to the drain holes can fall off or rot. I would start by checking the drains, clearing them if necessary, and pouring water in the sunroof channels and seeing where it goes.

Also note that the top of the hatch glass can leak water if it delaminates from the frame, though that water might not make it as far forward as the rear seat floors.
