Yes, its too rich. The O2 sensor just connected to guage control unit and its brand new, the unit just ground to somewhere else.

Yeah. By the way, I think the AFM got some problem, I un-screw the plug to lean up the mixture, the guage just show 13.2, slightly throttle at 13.9. Can't reach 14.7 when keep on un-screw. I saw the dirt mark on the thread, the scre has no more raising.
So can the bypass screw complete remove from the AFM?

Yes, I checked witht he tuner, it comes to a package
-DME chip
-KLR chip
-3 bar FPR
-MBC (so now using HKS EVC instead)
-WG shim
The insallation guide indicated for 3 bar FPR only, even with adjustable FPR, set it to 3 bar.
The chip came with 3 maps, 15 psi, 18 psi and 18 psi for mod dual port WG.

Last time I've mentioned the AFR at idle was 13.2 , no more leaner even I unscrew the AFM bypass screw. Here is an update,
- Idle: still 13.2
- Off throttle at high-mid RPM: The guage show 20. Thanks for the answer above, its pretty normal
- Off throttle at low PRM (e.g 2500-1200 rpm), this is most interesting:
1.) First adjustment of the AFM screw to lean: The guage shows 16, then down to 14.9, then down to 13.2 when completely stop.
2.) 2nd adjustment of AFM screw to richer (3 turns): The guage shows 14.7, then 14, then down to 13.2 when completely stop.
I think the idle air valve bypass engage when between AFR 14 to 13.2, less air to maintain idle, so it comes to 13.2. But the idle is pretty stable. Hence, I think I have a hard time to adjustment the idle screw to test.
So can anybody take the photo to show 840 +/- 40rpm on the stock guage?
