I enjoyed the motor (in the e34), but the car never felt like it handled as well, I was constantly replacing bushings and other small parts, the interior wasn't as nice, I wasn't 100% sold on the styling (despite having owned 3 e34's), and literally everything other than the weight is nicer on the e39.

Even though that E34 M5 never had a cylinder head and never ran and was parted out with extensive body damage without you ever driving it?
