Default oil squirters or drilling oil hole on the rods

My question is what is better, oil squirters or drilling oil hole trough the center of the rod or both for a 951 engine that I´m building. And the oil pump has enough flow to both options??

Thank you very much in advance

What is the intended application? Will this be a track-only car?

Oil squirters cool the pistons, rifle drilling the rod lubricates the pin.

The car is only for race events (rallyes).

If we use two options, can we use stock oil pump? or there is no significant flow loss

Yes, the 968 has oil squirters from the factory, and yes they are pressed into the block.

And yes, you can buy them separately if you know the magic number and where to order them. Of course you usually have to wait for them to get here from Germany!

hmmm 944 blinkers on .....
many engines have a .020" hole drilled in the rod not up to the gudgin. but as a "squirter" up into the skirt .
also if one puts a notch in the side of the top of the big end it will squirt oil up under the skirt as found in a BMW engine also this way you wont compromise the oil pressure in the mains or big ends . yes I'm aware of the 4 bar check valve in the squirt er i would just prefer to prioritize my oil system i bit more.
