i got an oem 968 cat with 62,000 miles on it you can have it for 75 dollars plus shipping... the good thing about the cat is that it says Porsche on it.

Here's a link to the CA DMV site that sets out the rules pretty clearly re aftermarket cats on pre and post OBDII cars.

All cars can use any aftermarket cat approved by CARB for that car. For Pre-OBDII cars like the 951, there are a number of cats approved for "universal" fit on any pre-OBDII car. For the list of currently approved cats, see the "Pre-OBDII" cats listed in the link below:
