Well since your building silicone hose or building relationships to do so .
I would think a set of full silicone inter cooler tubes and Silcone J pipe MAF style is a great idea . Bellows in the inter cooler tubes so they are easy in and out .
Cut the number of hose clamp down to half or less .
I wonder if they can make the silicon hose with 14" of strait aluminum tube inside .

I'm interested. I have all new hoses in my car and feel the quality is very poor. The "T" hose and a few others weep out of the hose ends where the reinforcing braid is showing.
I actually bought a used "T" hose to replace the new one.

Are the silicone hoses known to hold more pressure?
Do they do as good of a job gripping the barb, especially on the water pump inlet?

Interested as well, was planning to replace all the hoses over the winter anyway as I don't know when they were last replaced. Just black for me though.

VERY good question - I know I'd like to know origin of manufacturer too.

Even though I just bought new hoses, I'd still be interested in a set.

We are not in the business of providing supplier details. We will say this. We don't know of
a single silicone hose manufacturer in the US. Even large suppliers we have used in the past and current moved manufacturing to Mexico or overseas several years ago.

We have a set of their radiator hoses in our hands and they look very nice. Perhaps overbuilt. We are 100% comfortable with their quality which is why we are using them.
