I found 1 head in the collection that has a part # starting with 951, think we've got a winner!

Close to the "T" stamp in the head should be a part number. If it begins with 951 then you have a turbo head. I don't know if they were installed from the factory on 2.7's or not though. My guess is not.

The oil check valve stops the oil from draining out of the cylinder head when you shut the motor off. This keeps oil present for the next start up, providing lube for the lifter area. Without it, or if your's is defective, you will get alot of lifter noise at start-up.
