The prviously owner of my MY89 951 deleted the Fuel Vapour Purge system, the rest of vacum hosed were blocked. So any physical advantage / disadvantage for vapur purge delete?
Dont forget the big round cannister in front of the driver's side wheel well, under the side fender, behind the front tire, I did it years ago...advantages, one less vaccuum line and a little less weight...

My side is ok for emission, I'm in HK. The old car before 1991 shd not meet the emssion test.
So should we just trace the line going back to the tank and put a little air breather on it?
That is correct. I used a very small fuel filter made for lawnmowers, since it was small and light. Anything will work, it just needs to keep debris from entering the line while allowing air to pass through.
The only disadvantage I can think of is you might notice a raw fuel smell at times. I don't notice it, even in my enclosed garage, unless I am under the car working on it. Even then it isn't too bad.

I noticed last week that the tiny autozone filter I had put on fell off at some point over the summer. I noticed no difference. In the future I plan to add a one way valve and extend the vent tube to mate up with the fill vent tube and expansion tank in the rear quater panel.
Everything going to the front of the car can be removed.
