Best Chip for 98 Octane

Guys, any idea about the best DME/KLR chip for EU spec?
Does Lindsey set works for 98 octane as well?

Mine is MY89. At that time, the car can use either leaded or unleaded fuel, no cat and no O2 sensor.
The spec shows the min Octane is 95, in HK the fuel is 98 Octane.
So which tuner offer the custom chip?
