If you have Two exhaust pipes coming out its a 225HP... You can also Drop in a Stroker Crankshaft...

You can take the Crankshaft out of a 1.9L TDI motor and bolt it into your 1.8T block and you will bump up to just over a 2L's

Me too...

I recently got a new A3; great sleeper/stealth motor, chips up to ~250 HP/250 tq, and carries lots of stuff. -It's actually a fairly warm hatch, though insurance classifies it as a 'wagon', so it's even cheaper to insure than its stable-twin, the GTI...

Seriously contemplating an R8 in a couple of years' time...

I think that the S5 is a sexy car... The R8 is super hot..! Just super expensive..! In Europe they have the A3 in a 2-door model... its too bad the USA doesnt get it...

The down side of the Newer Audi Motors is that they have redesigned engine blocks with balance dampers so crank swaps and all that to the block is alot harder to do now... But they come 2L Turbo so not much more to add to that...

I still like the 2000 Gen TT and its 1.8T motor in Quattro... Stoker Motor and Bigger T3/4 Turbo = 500HP... Itd be nice if Audi put the 2.7T into a mix with the TT...
