Have you thought about making them out of stainless? For a little more $ it would be a lot nicer...

Drilled bolts for safety wire would be nice also. Another vendor sells his Tials and adapters this way.

They are going to be made out of stainless.

Working on "hardware" still and have been looking into drilled bolts. Only drilled bolts I can find though are SAE and I'm having the shop tap the plates in metric.

Alex..any chance to have an option which will make it easier on you?

-sell them without the hardware (bolts)?

That could be possible, but will only save a few dollars. I can price them this way if people want. The plates will be tapped for M8x1.25 though.

Alright, did some more research on hardware, there will be 3 options.

1.) No hardware
2.) Regular black-oxide socket screws (M8x1.25) - $5.00
3.) Drilled black-oxide socket screws (5/16"-24) - $11.00 (safety wire NOT included, can be found online for <$10 for way more than you'll need)

If there is interest, I could add a 4th option which would be stainless regular socket screws. They would be around the same price as the drilled option.

Once I get the first set of plates back from the shop I will start a new thread with an actual group buy.
Payment will be due up front and will be non-refundable.
I am going to initially limit the group-buy to 10 sets. If there is interest for more I will have to talk to the machine shop to see if they have the time to do more.
I will also need to know upfront what hardware package you would like. If you are ordering them without hardware then you will need to specify M8x1.25 threads or 5/16"-24 threads
