Default How much have you "made" parting a 951

Just curious...

What didn't sell, what was in too poor condition to sell, what brought the most, etc.

Unless you have a great place to store stuff, you throw a bunch out. You can easily make several thousand bucks - $4-$6k (engine, trans, suspension, seats (if they're nice), wheels, etc.) It takes more work and patience to make another grand or 2. When you're done, I think you'll make $6-$8k.

I wouldn't consider parting a car that cost more than $3k to procure...

its a tough time to part out right now. I started parting my car in may. people just arent buying parts like they used to. $ is tight.
