Theres an indonesian dude who built a vtec b20 that made 311whp.
I think if someone tries to go 450bhp out of a 3.0l 16v it would have to be along similar lines of this build... http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2365703

I hope someone puts similar effort into a k24 with a k20 head and make even more power.
