I have a second factory cooler. Not as good as Skip's setup, but a lot cheaper!

Van - q to you (anyone figure out that I'm interested in coolers). I looked into this and had the following issues:

1 - this setup doesn't work with the A/C in the car. Yours looks out, correct.
2 - the wiring harness that runs above the cooler is also in the way. Looks like you moved yours or ???

PS - nice sway bar!

My AC is out, but I don't see why that would matter. There should be clearance, and nothing would block the condenser.

Good eye. I was able to cut the plastic covering off the harness and route some of the wires (horn, left side fog, turn and marker lights) up. The other wires I was able to "fan out" a little so they took up less height.

That's the Tarret bar. It's quite good.

Thanks Van. I did a test fit attempting to do what you've done and ran into the above problems. The AC condenser is definitely a problem as the connection lines are right where the cooler fits. I don't have an answer for that one. (except to pull the AC).

You have a good solution for the harness.

Its not my primary track car but I do try and take it out here and there. Havent had it out since installing the new oil cooler unfortunately.

My cars water temps are always very cool street or track so I dont think the oil cooler being there is going to make any big difference. I also dont have a condenser up there to worry about like some people. Cant wait to try it out as my oil temps were very high last few times out.

Mocal coolers are very efficient and inexpensive. You can buy everything necessary from BAT in Fla.

Cake.
