Default 951 w/tial wastgate boosting problem

i have irregular boosting and was told to get an electronic boost regulator. 1989 TS motor, light knife edged crank, and light flywheel, turbo cup 4"exhaust, stock chips. Any thoughts out there?it seems to cut out early and did blow off vacuum lines a lot?

My guess would be the wastegate is installed backwards and you are getting into boost intervention. Check the wastegate and make sure it is installed correctly. I have seen a bunch of these put on wrong.

I just installed a 40mm Tial on my Turbocharged N/A, it took me a while to get it working right (wrong spring). I'm using a .6 Bar spring with a Greddy E01 EBC and obtain a steady 10PSI. Exhaust from crossover outlet pushes against the waste gate valve, I used this guidance to fabricate my 40mm, exhaust gas must push the valve towards its open position.
